WELLTOR Property Operations was born from personal experience, high standards, and the desire to build something better.
Our journey
Our journey began with a shared family vision:
to build a new life in Florida, invest in real estate, and create long-term opportunities in the United States.
As we explored the Florida market more deeply and spent time in vacation rentals and seasonal properties ourselves, we quickly realized something surprising. While many homes looked beautiful from the outside, the level of cleanliness, operational care, communication, and property oversight often fell far below the standards we personally believed homeowners deserved.
During our own stays, we experienced situations that genuinely shocked us — poorly maintained homes, hygiene concerns, missing attention to detail, unmanaged damages, and a complete lack of accountability.
As homeowners ourselves, we immediately knew:
this could be done better.
Over the years, we have built and managed our own homes and developed experience across leadership, event management, customer service, organization, administration, branding, web design, and operational structure.
These experiences ultimately became the foundation of WELLTOR.
We didn’t want to build another standard property management company.
We wanted to create a modern property operations brand built around trust, communication, structure, presentation, and genuine care for every property we oversee.
For us, a property is never “just a rental.”
It is someone’s investment, someone’s second home, someone’s future, and often something they worked extremely hard to build.
Because we understand that personally ourselves.
Leadership
WELLTOR Property Operations was created through a shared family vision rooted in structure, hospitality, operational excellence, and long-term stewardship.
Led by Simone Winkel, WELLTOR combines European operational standards with a modern concierge-style approach to luxury property oversight throughout Tampa Bay and Florida’s Gulf Coast.
With experience across administration, branding, customer experience, organization, operational management, and property ownership, WELLTOR was built with the goal of creating the kind of oversight and care today’s homeowners truly deserve.
Simone Winkel also completed professional certification training through the German Chamber of Industry and Commerce (IHK) within the security and supervision sector, graduating with highest distinction. Her background includes professional building and property monitoring within the city of Koblenz, Germany — experience that further shaped WELLTOR’s strong focus on accountability, structured oversight, operational reliability, and attention to detail.
