Routine vendor coordination related to normal property operations is included with your membership.
For larger projects requiring extended management, contractor supervision, insurance claim support, renovation oversight, or multi-vendor coordination, additional Project Oversight fees may apply.
Project Oversight / Extended Vendor Coordinationt: $95 per hour
For owner-requested purchases, materials, or vendor invoices coordinated through WELLTOR, a 15% administration and oversight fee may apply.
All vendor services are billed directly by the service provider unless otherwise agreed.
