**Included with an active WELLTOR Property Oversight Membership where applicable. Pool & Spa Oversight is performed during regular Oversight Visits, Hurricane Season Monitoring applies from May through November, and one Annual Aerial Roof Documentation flight is included per Membership year. Additional aerial flights are $145 each and remain subject to FAA Part 107 certification and safe operating conditions.

All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars. Additional services and third-party costs require owner authorization unless covered by the owner’s active Owner Vendor Authorization Limit or otherwise agreed in writing.
*Member Rates require an active WELLTOR Property Oversight Membership.
If an active Membership cannot be verified, the difference to the applicable Non-Member Rate plus a $10 Membership Verification & Reprocessing Fee must be paid before the service can be provided.
