When a repair, renovation or larger property project requires more extensive involvement, WELLTOR can coordinate vendors, follow project progress, document work on-site and keep you informed, even when you are not there.
This may include contractor follow-up, multi-vendor coordination, project documentation, on-site verification and owner-requested project support.
Third-party vendor, contractor, material and service costs are billed separately unless otherwise agreed.
