Service Description
WELLTOR captures aerial images of visible roof areas for annual property documentation. Clients receive an organized visual overview highlighting observable changes or areas that may require professional evaluation. This service is not a home or roof inspection and does not provide engineering, structural or repair conclusions. Flights depend on weather, airspace and safe operating conditions.
Cancellation Policy
Full payment is required at the time of booking. Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service are eligible for a full refund, less any non-refundable purchases, materials, third-party charges or processing costs already incurred. Cancellations made between 7 days and 24 hours before the scheduled service are eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service are non-refundable. One rescheduling request may be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service, subject to availability. No-shows, same-day cancellations and failure to provide valid property access are non-refundable and do not qualify for a booking credit. In documented emergencies, severe weather events or other circumstances beyond the client’s reasonable control, WELLTOR may approve a one-time rescheduling at its discretion. Refunds are not guaranteed. Goods, groceries, fuel, hardware, materials and third-party expenses already purchased or committed are always non-refundable.
